Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. 

Due to this policy, we ask for all pieces to be thoroughly inspected and reported within 24 hours of delivery. This is to promptly resolve any shipping issues. 

Online framing order payments due in full at time of placement. In-store, pickup or hand-delivered orders 75% due at order placement with balance collected on delivery.
